Contract Agreements
ACS will enter into a contract with any individual with mental health, intellectual disability, autism, or developmental disability. Each individual must have a treatment plan tailored toward his or her needs and must have approved MH funding or be Medicaid waiver certified. The individual or authorized representative will sign all the contracts.
