Our 24-Hour Supervised Care provides a stable, community-based residential setting where individuals receive compassionate support, personal care, and round-the-clock supervision tailored to their unique needs.

What We Offer:

• Continuous, On-Site Staff Support
  Trained direct support professionals (DSPs) are available 24/7 to provide supervision, behavioral support, and assistance with daily living activities in a nurturing, person-centered environment.
• Individualized Care Plans
  Each resident has a personalized support plan based on their goals, preferences, abilities, and clinical needs. Plans are regularly reviewed and updated in collaboration with families, case managers, and healthcare providers.
• Assistance with Daily Living (ADLs)
  We support residents with tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, medication management, mobility, and more—all with a focus on building independence and self-esteem.
• Behavioral and Emotional Support
  Our trained staff provide consistent behavioral support and help residents manage emotional and mental health challenges, fostering positive interactions and healthy routines.
• Community Integration
  Residents are encouraged and supported to participate in social, recreational, and vocational activities within the community—building life skills, friendships, and a sense of belonging.
